Program Managers coordinate and supervise specific programs, ensuring they run efficiently and meet organizational goals. They handle day-to-day operations, oversee staff, manage resources, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. They also act as a bridge between Program Directors and frontline staff.
Waiver Program Coordinators assist individuals who qualify for Medicaid waiver programs, helping them access services that support independent living. They ensure eligibility, coordinate care plans, manage paperwork, and liaise with state agencies to provide necessary services.
Housing Coordinators help individuals secure and maintain stable housing.
