Payroll Information
At Affinity Caregiver LLC, we are dedicated to ensuring that our team members are paid accurately and on time for their hard work and dedication. We understand how important payroll is, and we’ve designed a straightforward and transparent process for our caregivers and staff.
- Pay Schedule:
Our employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis. Pay periods run from Sunday to Saturday, with payments being made on Friday. - Pay Method:
We offer direct deposit/check options for your convenience. Please ensure that your payment details are up to date to avoid any delays in receiving your wages. - Overtime and Holiday Pay:
Overtime is paid at 1.5 for any hours worked over 40 hours per week. Holiday pay is provided for recognized holidays, including New Year’s January 1st 2025, MLK Jr January 20th 2025, President’s Day February 17th 2025, Memorial Day May 26th, 2025, Juneteenth Day June 19th 2025, Independence Day-July 4th 2025, Labor Day-September 1st, 2025, Columbus Day-October 13th 2025, Vet Day-November 11th 2025, Thanksgiving Day-November 27th 2025, Christmas Day-December 25th 2025 at a rate of 1.5. - Deductions:
All necessary federal, state, and local taxes will be deducted from your paycheck. You may also have other voluntary deductions, such as health insurance premiums, retirement contributions, or other benefits.
